Neuron trips can be started in a No Riding Zone, however the vehicle will not power on until you have safely wheeled the vehicle into the Riding Zone.

Please note, our per minute rate will apply throughout your trip once you have proceeded to unlock a vehicle whether it is in a Riding Zone or a No-Riding Zone.
