The ride reward will be automatically applied to your Neuron account if you:
- Have submitted the correct email address used to sign up for your Neuron account;
- Selected the right city; and
- Have not claimed the reward before
If you have all of these criteria but are still unable to claim your reward, do reach us at feedback@neuron.sg with your Neuron account email address and the quiz(zes)/video(s) which you’ve completed.
