This is only applicable to our 3-Day Pass, Weekly Pass (7 Days) and Monthly Pass (30 Days).
Pass Activation: Our Passes become active immediately upon successful purchase.
Daily Limit: The Daily Limit will be shown on each Pass. Upon purchase, you may proceed to the ‘Ride Pass’ page in the App to check out your usage and remaining time of the Daily Limit.
Daily Limit Reset: The Daily Limit resets at midnight regardless of the time of purchase.
Crossing Daily Limits: If your ride extends into the next day's limit, the entire ride duration will be deducted from the next day’s limit.
For instance, your Pass's Daily Limit resets on Tuesday at 12am and you have 20 minutes remaining from Monday's usage, and if you take a 30-minute ride on Monday at 11:40pm, the 30 minutes will be deducted from Tuesday's Daily Limit.
