To help you understand how the trip charge looks like on your bank statement, we have broken it down into four categories. If you see a series of random characters associated with your bank statement, these are just included for admin purposes.
Please note that the below will vary depending on the country you make the purchase such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or United Kingdom.
- Temporary hold: NEURON* TEMPHOLD - This is a temporary hold we place before you start your ride. Please be aware that some banks may take up to 10 days to process these refunds and adjustments.
- eWallet top up: NEURON* TOPUP - If you choose to add money into your Neuron account, it will show up looking similar to this on your bank statement.
- Payment for trip fare: NEURON* TRIP - Once you have ended your trip, you can expect to see a charge looking like this within your bank statement.
- Buy pass: NEURON* PASS - If you choose to purchase a Neuron pass, you will see this charge code leading your bank statement against the pass you have purchased.
