Please try the following:
- Ensure that you are not in a No Parking or No Riding Zone, as indicated in your app.
- Ensure that you are within the parameters of a Designated Parking Station, if it is a requirement
- Ensure that both your GPS and Bluetooth are turned on for your device.
- Ensure that you have an active internet connection.
- Restart your app.
If the issue persists, contact Support through the in-app “Help” page (under the category "Unable to end trip").
