I found a vehicle outside the Ride Zone, can I use it?

You can start your Neuron e-scooter trip in a no-ride zone, however the e-scooter will not power on until you have safely wheeled the e-scooter into a ride zone. You can refer to our in-app map for directions. Please note, our per minute rate will apply throughout your trip once you have proceeded to unlock a vehicle whether it is in a ride zone or a no-ride zone.
