Coverage can vary depending on your location due to differences in local regulations and insurance schemes. All our riders across operational cities have access to some form of insurance for more serious personal injuries.
Australia and New Zealand
We have insurance that applies during your ride in Australia and New Zealand. Please refer here to learn more about our Ride Insurance. Please also complete the Incident Report Form or contact Customer Support as soon as you can to help us understand the possible level of coverage for your incident and to assist in processing any claim.
We have insurance to cover you in relation to personal injuries while using one of our devices in the UK. There is also coverage for injuries and property damage to third parties. As soon as reasonably possible after any accident you should tell us here or through the Help or feedback functions in our App as well as call our accident insurance provider, Zego, on 03300165772.
