Conditions of Promotion
| 1. Promotion |
Riders using Neuron vehicles in Brisbane between 25 May 2025 and 30 July 2025 will be eligible for a parking credit and start trip discount at certain Open Season locations in accordance with the Event and Campaign Schedule below and these terms and conditions: Parking Credit (Event Arrivals): Riders ending trips at designated parking stations within 60 minutes prior or after the Start Time of Eligible Events will receive $1.10 credit to use for another trip. Start Trip Discount (Event Departures): Riders starting trips within a 1-kilometre radius of Eligible Events, within six (6) hours after the Start Time of Eligible Event, will receive 20% off the base unlock fee ($0.80 after discount) and 20% off the base per-minute fee ($0.48 after discount). Parking credit and start trip discounts will automatically apply to all eligible trips. |

| 3. Eligible Events |
The Promotion applies to selected date and time of the events at the following venues outlined below in the Event and Campaign Schedule: - The Princess Theatre - The Tivoli - Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) - QUIVR |
| 4. Eligibility Conditions |
(a) Riders must have a valid Neuron account. (b) Riders must start or end a trip at the specified times and locations in the Event and Campaign Schedule below to receive the discount. (c) There is no limit on the number of redemptions, a rider may participate multiple times across different events. (d) Group rides are eligible provided group rides are permitted under the rider’s pass and meet the terms and conditions of this Promotion. (e) Time-based passes holders (i.e. 60, 160 or 300 minute bundles) are not eligible for this Promotion. (f) Usage-based passes holders (i.e. Plus and Max Pass) are eligible for this Promotion, with fees and discounts calculated in this sequence: (i) Base trip fee and unit fee; (ii) Apply any pass benefits; (iii) Apply any applicable coupons; (iv) Apply any parking station incentives; and (v) Calculate and add applicable taxes. |
Terms of Promotion
- Entry to the Promotion is voluntary and, by fulfilling the Promotion Conditions above, riders accept these terms and conditions. By participating in this Promotion, riders must be compliant with Neuron’s Rider Rules and Terms of Service at all times.
- Neuron reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of rider accounts and participation. Neuron may disqualify any rider who does not comply with these Terms or tampers with any part of the promotion. Failure by Neuron to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Neuron reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion, including modifying eligible venues, parking stations, event dates, and discount terms.
- If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated by Neuron, because of any reason beyond Neuron’s reasonable control, Neuron reserves the right to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate in its discretion.
- Discounts provided under this promotion: i) are for one-time use per eligible trip; ii) are not transferable or redeemable for cash; and iii) cannot be combined with other time based promotional codes, discounts or passes.
- All times listed are Brisbane local time (AEST).
- As permitted by law, Neuron (including our respective officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with this Promotion..
