The Conditions of Entry are to be read in conjunction with the Terms of Promotion

| 3. Promotion Period | The Promotion Period takes place over 4 rounds as follows:
Updated dates may be introduced at the discretion of the Promoter. In this instance, the Conditions of Entry and all other relevant terms will be updated accordingly. |

| 4. Prize Draw Date | The winner will be drawn at 11.30am (AEST) the following business day after the Close Date of the relevant Promotion Period. | |||||||||||||||
| 5. Prize Claim |
The Prize from the Prize Draw Date must be claimed within 5 business days of notification being sent to the winner. To claim the Prize, the winner must provide their name, email address and mobile number. |

| 6. Draw Method | The winner will be selected at random via electronic draw from all valid entries received during the relevant Promotion Period specified in Item 3. A winner in any round of this Promotion shall not be eligible to win in any subsequent round. Once an entrant has been selected as a winner in one round, they will be excluded from winning in any of the remaining rounds. In the event that an entrant is selected as a winner in a round and has already won in a previous round, the prize for that round will be awarded to an alternate entrant, chosen in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Promotion. |

| 7. How to Enter |
To enter the Promotion, during the relevant Promotion Period, the entrant must complete a trip of at least two (2) minutes on a Neuron e-scooter, either charged on a Pay Per Ride rate (Single or Group Ride) or with any Neuron pass. Each qualifying trip of at least two (2) minutes on a Neuron e-scooter counts as one (1) entry into the Promotion. Multiple entries are allowed. Entries reset weekly at each close date of the relevant Promotion Period, with no pro rata on entries from previous weeks. Each entrant must at all times during their trip follow the Terms of Service and Riding Rules. |

| 8. Prize |
One (1) successful entrant from each round within the Promotion Period will win two (2) $500.00 gift cards (total value of $1000.00 per Prize) selected by the successful entrant from the ‘Entertainment & Travel’ section of https://card.gift/cards/ (excluding any prizes prohibited by law in a promotional game). Total prize pool is valued at $4000.00 incl. GST. |

| 9. Notification of Winner |
Winners will be notified in writing by email, and by phone if required, within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw. The first name of the winner may also be announced on the Neuron App after the prize is claimed. The Winner may request for an alternative name to be used when they claim the prize. |

| 10. Restrictions to Entry |
1. Entry is limited to trips taken in Brisbane, Australia. 2. For Group Rides, only the account holder is considered the entrant. Each trip taken during the Group Ride of at least two (2) minutes will qualify as one (1) entry. |

| Terms of Promotion |
- Entry to the Promotion is automatic and fulfilment of the entry requirements in Item 7 constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entrants may contact the Promoter at feedback@neuron.sg any time during the Promotion Period to opt out of the Promotion.
- Entries are deemed to be received at the end trip time.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and details) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Prizes awarded are final and are not interchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The entrant acknowledges that if successful in being awarded the Prize, the Prize is subject to availability and/or changes in the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
- The Promoter will not be liable to any entrant and/or winner for any cancellation, changes or unavailability of the Prizes.
- Where a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
- Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier of the prize or the Promoter, including validity and expiration periods.
- Any ancillary costs incurred as a result of taking or using the Prize are not included in the Promotion or Prize and are the sole responsibility of the winners.
- If the Promoter is unable to successfully award the Prize, for whatever reason, in its absolute discretion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory body, it may undertake a Re-Draw using the same method as set out in Item 6 within seven (7) days of the Prize Draw Date to distribute the unclaimed Prize/s.
- All non-winning entries from the original Prize Draw Date will be included in the Re-Draw, excluding any winner of a previous Promotion Period.
- The winner from the Re-Draw will be notified in writing via email within two (2) working days of the Re-Draw.
- If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated by the Promoter, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate in the discretion of the Promoter.
- All times specified in the Promotion are in Brisbane, Australia timezone (AEST).
- The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, late or delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
- The Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).
- The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to other third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
- The Promoter uses and handles personal information gathered from this Promotion as set out in its Privacy Policy available upon request and via https://www.rideneuron.com/privacy-policy-international/
