Neuron’s N4 Discovery Pass

  1. Neuron Mobility (Canada) Limited (“Neuron”) offers users in Calgary, AB a special offer for an N4 Discovery Pass (“Offer”).

  2. The Offer is valid during the following promotional period (“Promotional Period”) and must be activated within the Promotional Period:
    Promotional Period Start Date and Time End Date and Time
    Promotional Period 14 September 2024 at 12:01 AM  MST 1 November 2024 at 12:01 AM MST

  3. A successful redemption of the Offer will give the Neuron user the following benefits (“Benefits”):

- Free Neuron device unlocking; and

- The flat fee pricing of $4.99 for up to 30 minutes of travel on any Neuron device anywhere in Canada where Neuron operates. Travel after the first 30 minutes will be charged at an additional flat fee of $4.99 per 30 minute block. .

  1. The Benefits will be valid for 30 days from the time that the Offer is activated.

  2. A user can only redeem one Offer during the Promotional Period and the Benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other Neuron passes or discounts..

  3. How to redeem:

    1. Neuron will notify eligible users of the Offer via email, push notifications and/or within the Neuron app; and

    2. To claim the Offer, the user must select to ‘Claim’ or ‘Activate’ the Offer during the Promotional Period.

  4. Redemption Rules:
    1. The Offer must be accepted during the Promotional Period and, on acceptance of the Offer, the Benefits are valid for 30 days (at which time they will automatically expire);

    2. Users can only redeem one Offer during the Promotional Period; and

    3. The Offer applies only to Pay Per Ride trips, including both single and group ride trips, and cannot be applied to trips taken on a Ride Pass or in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.

  5. The Offer is limited to users in Canada and will only be promoted to users who:
    1. Are located in Calgary, AB; and

    2. Do not hold an active Ride Pass.

  6. Neuron reserves the right to amend or cancel the Offer, Benefits or Promotional Period at any time at its sole discretion.

  7. The Offer is not transferable, refundable as cash, credit or at all.
