Edmonton launch promotion is offering free Fixed Fare passes to all Neuron account holders in Edmonton, Canada (the ‘Offer’).
The Fixed Fare pass includes free unlocks and a flat rate price of $2.50 for up to 15 minutes traveled for each trip for 30 days.
Each 15 minute segment traveled after the first 15 minutes will be charged at a $2.50 flat rate.

- The Offer only applies to Neuron account holders who created an account on the Neuron app on or after June 6, 2024.
- The Offer is valid for a limited time only from 7 June 2024 at 12:00 PM until 5 August 2024 at 11:59 PM (GMT+12).
- The Offer can be redeemed at any time during the Offer period.
- To redeem, go to the Ride Pass section of the Neuron app and click ‘checkout’ on the Fixed Fare pass.
- Neuron’s Terms of Service and Riding Rules continue to apply.
The Offer cannot be exchanged or refunded for credit, cash or any other service.
